      Pros

      People who excelled at their jobs were left with a large amount of agency to perform them. Benefits were good and bonus structure was fair. "Family" feel to coworkers.

      Pay was at or below market average. Shop had no structure.

      The thing I love the most about Thermatool is the culture - work hard, be safe, and have fun! Everyday I enjoy coming into work knowing that I have plenty of work to do and great management overseeing me. I have the perfect boss to work for and our CEO is extremely intelligent. In my opinion, I believe there are 3 things that make a work environment ideal for an individual: 1. The Salary 2. The Work 3. The People you Work With. With Thermatool, I have found all 3!
