Pros
The fact that there's so much turn over gives you an opportunity to grow and forces you to learn. Some of the people here are genuinely great people. May be worth taking a job if offered, just be aware, the past 12 months has been a slow steady decline in stock and have an exit strategy.
Cons
Ever since the previous CFO left there seems to be no direction and little communication. Management often claims to have a plan and then asks the front line workers to develope a plan for them. Some leaders are very smart but poorly suited for the role they're in and seem overwhelmed, floundering for answers. The work/life balance was terrible, at least in the department I worked in. It was a weird duality to have a boss that was genuinely very intellegent, yet seemed to never be able to communicate clearly or provide anyone with any understanding. 15 minute stand-up could be an hour wasted with nothing solved and not plan of action.
