This company constantly innovates with its business model, sales strategies, products, and operations. Although in a challenging segment (online media) it has found a profitable model which allows it to grow.

Can be high pressure as it operates in the breaking news space and its innovation creates constant change.

There are some wonderful people who are not in leadership positions and you will trauma bond with them. Many of them are really good at their jobs.

Where would I even begin? Gaslighting and betrayal from certain leadership members. Abusive and bipolar CEO. Low pay. There is so many shady and downright messed up things this company has done but I don't have all day, Look up the Daily Beast article that was written about the CEO back in 2021. Still holds true. I don't know why celebrities and other industry professionals continue to support this woman's business. Maybe they don't know the truth or just don't care. But I guess that's just Hollywood...
