      Moved from a corporate to Thingtrax seeking more influence and to apply my skills and experience to a small growing business. Thingtrax has given me freedom, high levels of autonomy, support and a strong vision to build a success sales model and sales team.

      Cons

      As to be expected in a small company workload can be heavy at times. Would be good to have an office location to get together.

      free lunch on Friday ( You have to line up and will be given portions appropriate to your designation...)

      Cons

      - CTO appears humble but is an insecure person - Politics, Employees take out problems on each other, toxic ones are given higher positions - Virtually no benefits and less pay compared to other companies
