Family style work environment. The most understanding and compassionate co workers. The owners are amazing! Great pay great hours.

No cons that I can think of

Got a lot of free food from clients

Run as far away as possible. I was warned on my first day from employees that this place was toxic and I wish I would've listened. Everyone was miserable. Owners don't care at all about their employees or know anything about running a business ethically. They only care about the clients and their money. Some people would jokingly sage the office because the energy was so negative. If you have any plans to move up in your career then don't come here. You'll be stuck in the same position and underpaid forever.
