      Pros

      The incentive earning part and happy hours we spend at Annual review Meet is one of the best most cherished moment i have @ Think People Team. I am proud to be ex TPitian... the Seniors there are most friendly and suggest improvement in our Hiring methodology and basics of Business Development can be learned easily from them.

      Cons

      There been times where work time and holidays were not given but for sure never hindered any or management by not accepting same...

      Harsh team leads and Manager. Always pressuring for selects and targets, No flex in work life balance. Need to sit late hours. no offs even on Saturday's. Communication is foul and demotivating. if asked for help then also get scolded. No increment , No growth , only big talks before you join the organization. Please do not waste your time here
