Supportive teams and good resources, but health coverage lacking - Construction Manager Think Power Solutions Employee Review

Good pay. Very personal( your not just a number here. Support when you need it. Very helpful, supportive supervisors when you need them.

Nothing as of yet but I've only been with them for 4 months.

Absolutely nothing, unless you like to be disappointed. In that case this job was like a gold mine.

Was hired as some sort of storm response / wire down assistant but was never once given an assignment. Was contacted once about some prospective duty itinerary and then was just totally ghosted. Admin was never responsive to my communications or inquiries whatsoever and I might as well have been talking to a rock. They did a bang up job of giving a horrible perception of the company, despite the glowing reviews here that seem to speak otherwise (are they real?).
