Pros

When it comes to working for this company, the main pro would be that it would lead you to see a therapist at last.

Cons

- Unprofessional ownership that mistreats employees and attempts to take advantage of them in every possible way - Abusive environment that will drain your mental health. - Awful pay compared to positions in the same area. - No career growth

Dear former employee. We are very sorry to hear about your experiences. ThinkProfits has been in business for over 25 years and this is the first time we've ever had negative feedback like this. As the new CEO for ThinkProfits, I take all comments and reviews seriously. Please contact me directly so I can address your concerns and take appropriate action. I've been with ThinkProfits for more than 5 months and I frequently have one one-on-ones with each employee. I have not heard of any mistreatment from employees, ownership, or management. We support mental health and we have personal days that staff can take when they need. Our pay scales are commensurate with experience and we regularly make generous salary adjustments. We are changing our organizational chart to help provide more career growth opportunities. Our employees' well-being is our priority. We care about our team and we always welcome feedback.
