Pros
You will learn a lot with this company for any starting employees. Also, it's remote work. The company is striving to improve which is a good thing. They make plans to improve the processes.
Cons
At times, they tend to assign projects to junior developers without help from senior devs which derails the project. Also, there are many instances in the designs created by the UI/UX team and the expectations of the QA are not the same which causes bug reports. The company is still in the trial and error phase, so it's hard to work for it at this time.
