Pros

The CEO recruited me directly - Definitely, he has a great vision for the company. We worked with some interesting clients over the span of ~ 5 years. The Company has a culture of boldness and passion - All members are encouraged to share ideas on how to improve. Its really upto the individual to actively particiapte and grow the company. Every team get-together, new themes and company updates were shared - It's motivating to know how even a small company is taking big strides boldly to meet its yearly goals. Over a period, the company has improved and created employe-friendly processes have been put in place to ensure for employee needs are taken care of, on time. Including monetary support during ill-health, wedding, etc So there's a need based approach to taking care of the employee needs.

Cons

It's not a place for poor and average performers as the company is fast paced in all its projects.

Pros

Young, fresh talent - eager to learn Startup - so can work on different kinds of projects at once, scope to learn Entire salary is in-hand (no hidden components)

Cons

Salaries not paid on time, no clarity on what date you will be paid or why there is a delay Seniors openly talking against other employees of the company - creates a sense of mistrust - it is obvious that any compliments given are fake and based only on specific results, not to the employees as people Employees reduced to resources instead of human beings - poorly treated Inadequate pay Bare minimum public holidays and leaves - with no flexibility to carry leaves over to the next year Needlessly rigid about not permitting remote working/WFH No processes in place, no employee handbook with policies provided - when different people have been treated differently, change in policy is cited even though no such thing was informed in the first place Very difficult to exit amicably - do not provide experience letter on time, cut corners regarding correct and timely pay, seniors treat you with coldness for leaving Minimal clarity on the direction the company wants to go in
