Pros
1) diverse team of ~25 people. Everyone is young (office average is under 30 yo) and bright
2) amazing space in a killer location (downtown core)!!
3) modern and versatile stack: rails, java, go, angular, python, docker, and whatever works the best for a current problem
4) a lot of interesting and quite different data problems to tackle for individual clients. Most of the data work is client facing and provides a rewarding experience
5) pretty good benefits package
6) kitchen full of snacks and.. bagel Fridays!!
7) console, ping pong, and a pool table, that's been a hit since we moved here!
Cons
The company is still fairly young (just slightly over 4 years now), so we're still learning how to operate more efficiently as we grow.
