      Uncapped commission allows those who are ready to cold call and get after it to thrive.

      Cons

      They pay a very low base salary, so if you are not getting a lot of traction it will be difficult to make ends meet and live in NYC.

      Platform is built for growth. Tons of deal flow and product offerings to bring to your relationships. Very supportive leadership. CEO is very accessible. Beautiful offices. Great people.

      Cons

      If you aren’t the type that can work at a very high level consistently, you will fall behind.
