      They have a nice office

      Cons

      Everything about this place is terrible. Im sure they are breaking multiple securities laws. They don't train you, they don't pay you, and all the companies they work with are awful. A Financial Times article showed they lost more money on IPO's than any other IB.

      Platform is built for growth. Tons of deal flow and product offerings to bring to your relationships. Very supportive leadership. CEO is very accessible. Beautiful offices. Great people.

      Cons

      If you aren’t the type that can work at a very high level consistently, you will fall behind.
