a) Founder always willing to listen and get your ideas implemented if it's good, b) Robotics Product Team [ Hardware, Software, Content ] is a good team, c) Opportunity to work from scratch rather then maintain legacy products d) Education - technology startup that is not run of the mill.
Cons
a) Salary appraisal are managed like how they are at lala companies aka unprofessional b) The washroom is pathetic c) The product has lot of capability but it's sales potential is not yet reached.
