      - call center experience - nice trainer - weekends off

      Cons

      - lead distribution is terrible - morale is very low/not many incentives - management is rude/yells at employees - HR isn’t very helpful with discrimination/code of ethics complaints

      Close to Plano, snacks on Wednesdays

      Cons

      Boiler-room sales - tight space and on-on-site close-close-quarter working conditions making it impossible to avoid extremely toxic co-worker atmosphere. Upper management, VP and president of company on your shoulder, at all times. Very boiler room type environment. Leads provided had been gone though by at least half a dozen people before.
