1. There is a bond of 2 or 3 years (depending upon your experience) and the buy out amount is at least 2 lacks (depends on your compensation) 2. The notice period is 3 months. This coupled with the bond makes it very difficult to look for better opportunities 3. I experienced a lot of micro-management. Although your experience may vary depending on the manager you are reporting 4. Breakfast is available but it's just toast and butter every day 5. Subsidized lunch is available but the quality is not the best 6. The size of the cafeteria is very small relative to the number of employees
