No good leadership, Cto is afraid to talk to employees, no social skills what so ever. Let me go with no warning or reason the Monday following Christmas a week after I was back from being extremely sick with covid and let me go with a text message and no call. Allowed a female employee to harass me verbally on a daily basis doing nothing to resolve after multiple times reporting it. Told me that I am an adult and to deal with it like an adult. Terrible communication. No work life balance.
