Pros
Working for ThinkYoung means working for a young motivated environment. Teams members are young professionals from all over the world which collaborate in a productive way to the objectives of the NGO. Since day one, everyone lets you feel part of the team or better of the TY Family. The projects are really diverse with respect to topics and stakeholders involved which makes the work more challenging but also interesting. Moreover, as a young professional it allows you to develop knowledge in different fields which can always be helpful. As assistant, my direct contacts were the junior managers which have aways been available to help me to develop my professional skills. However, chats with the directors have always been in my work routine with daily calls and weekly meetings, despite the fact that they are not based in Brussels. They showed to be really open to listen to our needs and to support us within their possibilities. At TY, hard work definitely pays off both in terms of projects success and directors/managers appreciations.
Cons
It's a small NGO. Still, well-known around Brussels.
