      Pros

      Good clients. Salary mostly on time.

      Cons

      No reachable person to communicate. No Hr as such. CEO handles general communications, but even he will not respond and stop picking calls when you need something from him. I was shocked to see such unprofessionalism. You will be given multiple promises but none of them will be delivered and you will keep on waiting. Every time there will be new excuse/ reason of not meeting promise/ expectation. Highly business minded person who will never care about you nor client. You can learn shrewdness from him.

      We made sincere efforts to graduate you to program manager . The efforts to move up the ladder were not enough . Compensation is a function of what every individual brings on to the table . Labelling fellow colleagues to your whims and fancies will not do any good . We take a holistic feedback of every stakeholder and we have found it satisfactory .

      Pros

      Great work culture with supportive teammates and approachable management. I had the opportunity to work on modern technologies like React, Next.js, and TypeScript while contributing to AI-driven products. The company encourages learning, ownership, and collaboration. Team members are friendly, feedback is valued, and there are good opportunities to improve both technical and communication skills.

      Cons

      As a growing company, some processes are still evolving, and project priorities can change quickly. Better documentation and more structured planning would make onboarding and execution even smoother.
