- Frequent interactive sessions, making it interactive on performances & opportunities of improvements
- Unbiased HR policies & process are good
- Good to see a proper Organization structure getting formed, in the last few years
- Annual look out of new batch of freshers, across few Colleges bring fresh set of hands + thinking on the deck
Cons
- Expansive spread on Service oriented Clientele, compared to Product based Vertical & Sales
- Few special cases, decisions causing not so good results
