Enormous potential to shape the future of the way we design, build and operate built assets with technology and help develop the skills, processes and enabling technology within Thinkproject. Thinkproject is an exciting mix of founder-led business which are combining to harness that entrepreneurial spirit.
Cons
Think of "cons" as it should be, "considerations". Yes, some parts of the organisation are less mature, but some will (hopefully) see that as an opportunity! With the above comes the need for self-starters, motivated people who want to develop ways of working will thrive. Those looking for an easy ride and to do the bare minimum, might struggle, and that's ok, in which case Thinkproject might not be the right fit for you.
