Pros
The flexible hours are really great. They pay is decent for 6th grade and up. It is really great to get to work with the same students for years. The other tutors are supportive.
Cons
The pay for elementary students has been low since they changed the pay model. They keep promising it will be made up with “incentives” which will be released soon but they have been saying that for over a year. Communication is awful. Admin will mess with your study plans without informing you. They release important updates and promotions without informing tutors ahead of time, or sometimes without informing them at all. The general disrespect for tutors from management is awful. It mostly comes from one manager but she has a lot of power so it trickles down to everything.
