Pros
Despite the amount of colleagues, it is doable to keep up with newcomers and still be in contact with most of your colleagues on the department. Work environments are challenging and projects are very diverse within a lot of different branches. This makes the daily workload diverse, and satisfying. As long you are willing to develop and see chances, the amount of freedom you will get is huge.
Cons
Although there has been a lot of positive changes within the company, and is much more transparant now, the progression within pay and fringe benefits can be improved a lot more.
