      Pros

      Thinx has cultivated an atmosphere of teamwork, innovation, and accountability. Leadership does a really great job of being open and honest and compared to numerous companies I have worked at previously and is the most transparent, which is a breath of fresh air. As a manager I feel like my ideas and opinions matter and that I am making a difference in my role at Thinx. Overall, Thinx is a fun and rewarding place to work where your experience is truly what you make of it.

      Cons

      As many have mentioned on here, there was a cut of some benefits/perks because of COVID, which was hard, but I believe those are coming back soon

      Pros

      I worked with some great people—remote work. Easy going atmosphere.

      Cons

      I left because I felt harassed by a coworker, and the manager downplayed my experience. They did a lot of DEI, but it did not trickle down, and it was because it's preached but not put into practice.
