Pros

Good gym , gives you access to a good space to workout

Cons

They treat staff very badly , have tried to minimise expenses with staff , have very high turnaround rates for employment so that the team is always shifting , don’t work here unless you are a PT. They don’t pay you well , all of the management are fairies and they’ll expect you to stay before and after your shift with a one hour paid break which they will monitor to the minute.

Pros

A truly wonderful bunch of people to work with

Cons

Just another boys ckub Your experience is entirely dependant on your fitness manager, there are some fantastic ones but sadly they employ individuals who are misogynistic, distinctly lacking in empathy, and lack any people skills. I struggle to understand how certain individuals landed themselves a role managing a team of people with zero management skills. Extremely ironic that for a luxury health club you will be encouraged to work to burn out, and have almost zero actual benefits.
