      The company has ceased to be consistent in what makes it a good place to work. Unfortunately, leadership and internal selection processes are carried out arbitrarily, and formal internal selection processes have been discontinued. Similarly, they have recently had a very serious problem with paying their employees, with considerable delays causing a great deal of discomfort for many of their employees.

      When you work at Third Way Health, you own the outcome. Starting in this job in late 2023, I didn’t know what to expect coming from a traditional consulting role. I have found the team to be amazing, leadership to be supportive of my decision-making, and culture to be incredibly welcoming in both the United States and Colombia.

      Cons

      I now travel a lot for work visiting our team in Medellin, but frankly I’ve grown to love the town
