Pros

Free socks, and that's about it.

Cons

Dealing with an Ops/accounting team that act like it's Junior high. Back stabbing, crap talking, snide remarks constantly about anyone and everyone. As a whole- No real direction, fly by the seat of your pants, ride a fine line...

Pros

This company is a great opportunity for career growth. If you are willing and motivated to take on more responsibility, you will be rewarded. 33 threads is a team oriented atmosphere where employees are given opportunities to grow into higher level roles. With being a smaller company, it allows you as an employee to stand out and have your contributions recognized. The entire team is flexible and willing to help out in areas needed when another employee requests it. There is a high level of trust with management as it is a "hands off" environment to get your work done but it allows flexibility if you have good time management skills. I feel your voice is heard at this company and all new ideas are considered.

Cons

The environment is best suited for self-motivated individuals who are career driven and willing to take initiative. This is not the best fit for those seeking a slower-paced or less demanding work environment. Success here often depends on being proactive and adaptable.

Pros

Thirty Three Threads is a dynamic and growing company with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. The people are genuinely supportive and collaborative, and there is a strong sense of teamwork across departments. Employees are encouraged to take ownership, share ideas, and grow alongside the business. Another major perk is access to the company’s products, which is a huge benefit and makes it easy to feel connected to the brands and the work. Overall, it’s an engaging environment for someone who enjoys a fast-moving, hands-on role.

Cons

As with many growing companies, priorities can shift and things move quickly. This may not be the right fit for someone looking for a slower-paced or highly structured corporate environment.
