Pros

Not much I can say here - poorly managed firm with few positives. Staff are nice, younger lawyers are also nice but most are miserably unhappy with their situation.

Cons

The firm is controlled by mostly old men, and they are not letting new members into their club. No future there for younger lawyers, there are much better firms to work for in Pittsburgh.

Pros

Some talented people who are experts in their respective areas of the law but a lot of them are older attorneys who won't be at the firm long-term

Cons

Politics galore- management is not keen on retaining quality talent but hiring to compete with other larger firms. As such the work environment is highly political and not team oriented
