      Pros

      High pay despite the amount of work being done. Middle management was helpful. Colleagues were nice. No OT whatsoever.

      Cons

      Very strict and suffocating atmosphere to work in die to KPI being closely monitored daily. Zero flexibility from upper management. No phones at work (Is this school?).
