Pros

Nice to work in a young, female environment.

Cons

Lost so much respect for the COO after he made one of the nicest and most professional people I've ever met cry last week. We're all still really shocked by his immature and unprofessional behaviour and tbh it's made me feel like this is not a company I really want to work for anymore if this is how they treat good people who were doing such a great job helping all of us and trying hard to improve Threads. He became really horrible and petty all because they decided to respectfully resign which everyone has a right to do. Several people have resigned over the past few weeks so he should already know Threads is not for everyone. Now we've all lost a brilliant team member too soon because of how he behaved which is really sad and unfair. It's totally changed how I view him and the company and now I'm really questioning my own future here.

Pros

The only good thing about working here is being around nice things, but they will treat you like garbage and not that you are responsible for bringing in the company millions of dollars.

Cons

Horrible pay, horrible commission schemes, bad management with little to no experience, regular layoffs and management changes, surprise firings, culture full of fear that you're next all the time. No celebrations/rewards for exceptional work, no ability to move up the ladder and develop. I was here for years and I can't think of a single thing I learned that I didn't know before. Lack of diversity and representation.
