      This company taught me what a toxic workplace looks like.

      Cons

      I ignored the negative reviews before joining. Don't make the same mistake I did. The culture was built around micromanagement, gaslighting, and triaged blaming. These took a toll on my health. If you're looking for a healthy work environment, run.

      Pros

      Culture, Stability, & Tech - People that work here are eager to learn and grow! Super friendly environment, not your average warehouse job!! Room for growth - measure your own success! 3 day weekned!!

      Cons

      Long hours, turnover on TM level is high, some operational reporting could be organized better. There is a lot of grey areas.
