      Pros

      The agency is relatively small and makes it easier to be friendly/close with everyone. The medical benfits were also pretty good.

      Cons

      The pay isn't that great and there isn't much room to advance. Raises are rarely given and your supervisors are forbidden to rate you too high because they would have to increase your pay
