      Great Peers. Easy to maneuver through a day of instruction. Scheduling classes is very flexible.

      Cons

      Not a ton of resources available. Sometimes communication about deadlines is camouflaged with in other extraneous communication.

      Remote work Flexible hours Bonus for extra large class sizes

      Cons

      Low pay for a semester’s worth of work. I only feel that I am getting what I am worth when the class is double-capped and I am paid for 2 sections.
