Cons
It’s like high school, extremely clicky. Upper management talks about the employees negatively behind their backs and will blatantly yell at them in front of the entire staff if a mistake is made. The unprofessional is and lack of management experience from upper management is extremely obvious. Additionally, the owner is a complete drama queen, expect everything to be blown out of proportion, phone calls after eleven pm, and to be yelled at. The owner and directing manager do not know how to take accountability for themselves and will push blame on to the nearest person. There is absolutely no training that takes place, either. Therefore, the employee will get in trouble for something when there is a complete lack of training. It’s truly shameful
