Pros
7 nights on, 7 nights off is a great way to work full time and still plenty of time off with loved ones or for traveling. Good compensation, great benefits, and a shift differential on top of base salary that adds another 2 or 2.5 dollars/hour depending on the day.
Cons
It can be hard to be awake during the day on your weeks off.
