hygenist is great but you barely see her

No training - throws an SOP at you and does not like answering questions. She does not like to talk to employees and only allows questions to be messaged to her. She does not provide context when giving directions and expects you to read her mind. No benefits - She says you have dental benefits but pushes out your cleanings and treatment because you are staff. I was out for a week due to severe medical issues and no sick time was offered (no sick time is ever available). She says you get 4 weeks of PTO but that is simply a lie. And when you do get PTO it's according to HER schedule when she goes out of town on vacation. No appreciation - Was there for over a year and was told by staff and patients that I was the best person the position had ever seen yet we never had a performance review or discussed pay. She also keeps job postings up for ALL employees. Her excuse is, "You don't know people." In reality, that listing shoots her in the foot because the staff has no trust and feels like they can be replaced at moments notice.
