Pros

Generous with time off/sick days. $10 (max) ‘Free’ lunch once a week.

Cons

3 days a week at home/2 in office. No upward mobility in customer service if your goal isn’t to be IT. The management (one person) tries to convey an environment of positivity and team work but they are really just trying to mask all of the BS that is tied to the company and the role. Overworked, underpaid and understaffed IT support staff. Clients hate Thrive and feel they were sold a bill of goods. Customer service ends up in the middle of hateful clients and stressed IT department . Most of the customer service department appear to be suffering from Stockholm syndrome and a cult mentality. At least that is the front they put on.

Pros

Pay is ok, benefits are good.

Cons

Obsessed with growth rather than supporting current clients. Way behind on technology stack and processes because they are stuck in “their system” rather than advancing with industry standards.
