      Pros

      Thrive has a wonderful work place environment that exudes a family culture and friendly people that are happy to be here. Building a strong workforce and making sure that needs are met to accomplish the job at hand is very important to the company. I have never worked for a company like this before and know that they are few and far between. I feel very fortunate to work here.

      Cons

      We have suffered a few growing pains in the past because we did not have enough personnel to meet the demands of our growth/workload.

      Pros

      They listen. I get to be a part of every decision. If I don’t like something, I get to learn why we do it a certain way and then participate in making it better.

      Wish I had found sooner in my career. Many of us have said the same thing.

      Pros

      Team work environment. The culture was highly supportive for employees to collaborate and assist each other. There was always someone available to answer a question or assist with a task.

      Cons

      High department management turnover. I do not know why, but every year there was a new manager.
