Pros

The company's intention was to change learning and education for those that conventional learning was not easy for them. Working for a company that was growing so fast with those intentions in mind seemed awesome.

Cons

I was recently laid off after working there for 2 years. I worked very hard in all positions I held. I had already made arrangements with Human Resources to go on Maternity leave in May and I was laid off with nothing but a 10% decrease in the company of an explanation. I was a veteran in the department I worked in and trained two temporary transfers to cover for the fact that 2 of us would be out in the coming months. I worked hard, stayed after hours and really loved my job and hoped that it showed. I am now facing having my child in 6 weeks and not only will I not have an income to rely upon but my insurance will be cancelled right before I give birth. I give the company two stars because I appreciated all that I learned from my peers and enjoyed my time with ThriveDX until this all happened. I never expected to be shown such lack of care like this from this company.

Great people to work with

Cons

Horrible leadership, lack of processes and a classic good ol' boys club

Pros

Offers benefits and remote work

Cons

Micromanagement style, Israeli workers seem to have no problems and never work as hard as Americans. Multiple managers to report to confusing sales and who is actually your boss. Basically I don't recommend working here if you are in sales.
