      - Becoming more procedural -- certain teams have poor leadership - People are put on questionable PIPs and then let go with little reason - Review cycles are bad and raises are low.. no clear career progression + development

      - Frat boy leadership - Constantly changing opinions - Leadership runs before knowing how to walk - No diversity, I've seen more color diverse snowfall
