      Pros

      - Followed client culture, location, working hours etc. - Normal benefit, optical & dental. - Bonus only got 13th month salary (not really a bonus since u are working extra workweek anyway). - Fair salary considering other subcon paid way worse lol.

      Cons

      - Project is from client business movement. If let say, client decided to end the project, you will also be terminated. - No attractive benefit.
