Employees are given opportunities to do a variety of jobs and are held accountable and rewarded accordingly. The general work atmosphere is very friendly and the team members are close.
Cons
The company can be unstructured in many areas since it's a startup so things can be quite messy at times. There is virtually no formal training for employees and everyone needs to learn on the job.
