Pros
The work ethic is complemented by the strong bond between all of the employees. Working here inspires you to work harder, not only in order to succeed, but also help your coworkers succeed.
Cons
The biggest con I can think of, which is not really a con, is that the work environment can be somewhat lax. This exists because the trust instilled in the employees. Like I said, not really a con, but some people don't work well under this kind of structure.
