Cons
Still a start-up, so the growing pains are not gone by any means. The work can be difficult, but it's usually very rewarding as well. With so many talented co-workers, we're better at getting to the bottom of things and keeping track of everything.
Acquisitions are always difficult. From my perspective, we've integrated remarkably well - but there's still room to do better. We've certainly acquired more companies than I would have guessed, and they have all added significant expertise, innovation, and capability for the Tidal Vision group of companies
