      The ability to work day shifts and collect profit share if your site is profitable

      Cons

      Expected to be on call 24/7, Expected to watch YouTube to learn how to fix heavy machinery, told different things by different people in the company, the bar for success is constantly changed so that it’s always just out of reach. Oh and there is a division in the main office dedicated to daily checks of the cameras to monitor performance and grades you based on your activity regardless of if it’s actually productive or if you just look productive. If you like 1984 this is the company for you.

      Discount on wash membership but not free

      Cons

      Manager does not know what he is doing leaves all the time goes to bars. Lies. Unprofessional relationships. You are on your feet all day in one spot with no breaks, no chairs, no break room, restroom breaks are hard to get and must be less than five minutes or the corporate office will flag you. Micromanaging at its finest.
