Pros

I haven’t found any it was an extremely negative experience all the way around and they’ve gotten my entire life, saving seized up

Cons

The better you do the more money they want from you on my fourth day I was expected to come up with $115,000 plus and the hits kept coming. They keep promising you if you pay this you’ll get the money right back in your account and you can withdraw it in the evening but one evening came I didn’t have almost $175,000 to give them so the money I put in is just frozen And they don’t really offer you any help or solution. Additionally, their webpage doesn’t offer any phone numbers and the email addresses are bad so you can’t reach people.

Pros

I have been with Tier10 for 7 months and love it. The team welcomed me with open arms when I joined. I am not in the home office, but they are always available to answer questions, get me information that I need or assist me in any way. Its hip and cool, yet has big heart and passion for what we do! I have met great people who are sharp, smart, clever, and witty. It's a fun and professional, hard working environment. The HR department is wonderful likewise; they helped me from day one and are always a friendly phone call away if I ever need assistance.

Cons

I live across the country and wish I had more time to train/be at the Tier10 home office.

Pros

Remote work, and insurance benefits.

Cons

There is so much micro managing within such a “small” company it’s ridiculous. They future-fake you with the notion of room to grow, but how can anyone grow with 10 employees and no solid clientele to ensure growth. Direction is given by inexperienced personelle led by even more inexperienced personelle. Working to a horrible standard causes confusion and leads to low confidence in seasoned employees. It’s a “my-way or the highway” culture internally that causes loss of revenue externally. Lots of smoke and mirrors. I was sold a dream that eventually turned into a nightmare. And I’m sure it’s the same for their clients.
