Business Outlook
Pros
- The company comes from great roots. The local staff (at all locations I know of) is all excellent - brilliant and skilled and happy and pleasant and helpful and dedicated. Such extraordinary people make it easy to enjoy a job. - A growth company in a growth field. - Willing to hire entry-level and help you grow your career.
Cons
Company structure is rapidly changing (2016-2017). The future work environment and career growth path at local sites seems uncertain, but strong growth in HQ seems likely. This is speculation, though.
