Business Outlook

Pros

Tierpoint is a family focused business that understands family comes first. Flexible work hours and plentiful PTO make dealing with family issues much easier. Culture is also pretty good, Love the team I work with and most of the people I have had reason to interact with have been pleasant and willing to help solve whatever issue needs to be fixed.

Cons

When I worked in site-ops, they seemed perpetually short staffed and that made finding a someone to fill PTO days tough. Still enjoyed the work and my co-workers, but that was a downside to working on that 'side of the wall.'
