      Too many opportunities for process & business systems improvement.

      Cons

      Getting across to the Ego centric executive team that there are many needed areas of improvement. Poor planning on new business launches. "Do as I say, not as I do" management style leading to intimidating, curse methods to lead & inspire. Plant offices below professional standards
