Pros
As a small business, my role is not monotonous-- I am constantly being introduced to new skills and must creatively problem solve everyday.
Management is very "family-friendly," and will accommodate an employee in a time of need.
It's exciting to be part of something that is growing!
Although it is a sales-centered business plan, there are no nightmare-ish high-pressure sales meetings.
Cons
When I began, I didn't know anything about the industry, and, if I ever left Tiger Controls, I doubt that I would use this knowledge.
As a small business, it's tough when someone is absent or is not pulling their weight on any given day (which doesn't happen often), and the workload can become a bit overwhelming.
